WHO? WHERE?

Many independent digitization and electronic publishing projects combine to make an ever-growing Digital Mathematics Library; organizers include:

RETRODIGITIZATION

Projects to digitize older mathematics materials, some of which are out of copyright, are numerous and widespread, including

OPEN ACCESS

The Open Access movement supports the free electronic availability of the current scholarly literature, such as through e-print servers or unrestricted access to electronic journals. The similar Open Archive initiative encourages publishers to make the older content of traditional scholarly journals freely accessible (e.g., after a year's or few years' delay).
